The Versaboard is, as the same states, extremely versatile. Look from above and you will think you are looking at a paddleboard, but the hull is more like a sit-on-top kayak.
Use it as a SUP board and you'll get a stable ride and the tough plastic construction allows you to take it on easier rivers (just remove the tag-along wheel first as it can catch on rocks). Add a seat and paddle it like a kayak. Use it for fishing and you'll have an extremely stable platform that will allow you to move around on the kayak. A swivel seat and a seat back are included with the kayak.
Two features that make the Versaboard great to use are the tag-along wheel and the drop down skeg. The tag along wheel makes getting to the water a breeze. When crossing a firm surface, simply lift the front handle and let the Versaboard move along on the stern mounted wheel. The drop down skeg is controlled by a lever on the deck. Deploy the skeg and the Versaboard will track nicely. Retract the skeg and it'll turn more easily. The skeg is spring loaded, so if you hit shallow water or a rock nothing will be damaged.
