Orders received before 12pm (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched that day. Orders received after 12pm will be sent the next working day. Our website is linked to our stock inventory. If you are able to purchase a product online then it is in stock, so there will be no delay in it being sent to you. The only exceptions are kayaks that are made to order (such as race kayaks) and these are clearly stated on the website.
All goods purchased from our website will be sent by a courier or freight company of our nomination. If you want to organise the transport of your goods then you need to arrange and pay for the service yourself. For most items we will courier them to you, while larger items (such as kayaks) will be sent via a freight company. Goods will be sent within 2 working days and if there is to be any holdup, then we will contact you.
For goods being sent via courier you can expect to receive your product(s) within 2-3 working days, while kayaks and larger items will take 3-4 working days. Rural delivery may add an additional day. Delays in delivery are out of our control, but if we haven't supplied a tracking code with your order, please contact us and we can let you know the courier / freight tracking code.
Kayaks and large items will be delivered to the nearest PBT depot and you can collect from there. Delivery to your door is available at an extra charge. Please contact us for further information.
